Your request is not binding; the booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid. The amount of the deposit and the cancellation terms depend on the season and your dates and are set out in our offer, before any payment. The balance is paid on arrival by card or IRIS. The climate resilience fee is paid at the property.
House rules
Check-in 15:00–21:00 (later by arrangement) · check-out by 12:00 (late check-out on request, subject to availability). At check-in we will ask to see an ID for the guest register — we never keep copies. Minors without a parent need a parent's written consent. Children are welcome; infants aged 0–2 stay free in a cot (on request). No pets. Non-smoking indoors. Quiet hours 23:00–08:00.
