Does it snow in Metsovo?
Often. Snow is likely from December to March, though not certain. If it gets here before you do, we’ll write to you about the road and the chains.

From December to March, keep them in the car. The Egnatia brings you to Metsovo’s own exit without climbing the Katara pass (about 1,700 m).

At Karakoli, 1.5 km from the village, at Profitis Ilias–Politses (about 4 km) and at Anilio, 7 km from its own Egnatia exit. The season runs roughly from December to March, snow permitting.

In the underground municipal car park next to the house. It’s 3 levels below ground, so the car stays free of snow.

Booking and payment
How do I pay?
By card through a payment link (Apple Pay and Google Pay too), by IRIS or by bank transfer. The balance on arrival, by card or IRIS.
How do I book?
Send a request with your dates and the number of guests; we reply the same day with availability and the terms. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit arrives.
Am I charged when I send a request?
No. A request costs nothing and doesn’t bind you; you pay only the deposit, once we’ve agreed.
Why a request rather than instant booking?
Because we’re four suites and a person replies: we check your dates, send you the terms, and the booking is made with the deposit, as Ministerial Decision 4109/2025 provides.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is not fixed: it depends on the season and your dates, so we agree it with you for each booking. You will find it in our offer, before any payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The cancellation terms depend on the season and your dates and are set out in our offer, before any payment.
What is the minimum stay?
For each suite, the request calendar shows the minimum stay for your dates.
Do I need ID on arrival?
Yes: we’ll ask to see an ID for the guest register, as the law requires. We don’t keep copies.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Tick “I need an invoice” in the request and fill in the company details.
Nothing on that yet. Ask us: we reply the same day.
