04 YOUR HOSTESS

Our hostess replies. Not a system.

She reads every request herself and writes back the same day. In winter she also writes to you about the road, before you set off.

I look after the house and its four suites, and I read every request myself. In winter, before you set off, I will write to you about the road and the snow chains; when you arrive, I will tell you where we eat.

— your hostess
  • A person reads every request.
  • A reply the same day, with availability and the terms.
  • In winter, a message about the road before you set off.

06 NO SMALL PRINT

Whatever you would ask, answered before you ask.

Heating, snow chains, slopes, fireplaces, parking, snow on the road. The questions we hear every winter, and our answers, even when the answer is “no”.

  1. Every suite is heated.

Because it is the first question every winter, we will tell you exactly how the heating works in your suite, together with our reply to your request.

  2. Carry them.

From December to March, keep them in the car. From the Egnatia motorway you enter Metsovo by its own exit, without climbing the Katara pass. If it snows, we will write to you before you set off.

  3. Next door.

In the underground municipal car park next to the house: three levels below ground, paid. The car stays out of the snow, and the suitcases have only a few steps to the gate.

  4. Yes, a few.

Metsovo is built on a hillside. The square is 180 metres away, about 15 metres uphill; the Gallery and Katogi are at the same height as the house. From the lane, a stone stair leads down to the courtyard.

  5. No.

Not in any suite. We say it now so you are not disappointed when you arrive. We have wooden ceilings, velvet, lamplight, and heating we describe to you exactly.

  6. Because a person replies.

We are four suites. We check the dates, write to you with the terms, and the booking becomes yours with the deposit.

Breakfast: not served, the kitchen is yours · Pets: no · Babies under 2: free, with a cot

07 DIRECT

  • Before you set off, a message about the road and the snow chains.

WHAT THE TERMS SAY We send it when the forecast shows snow for your dates.

  • A later check-out, when no other guest arrives that day.

WHAT THE TERMS SAY House rules: check-out by 12:00, later on request when availability allows.
