Booking terms and cancellation
These are the terms for every stay at MetsoVillas. We repeat them in the offer we email you, before you pay anything.

Who we are

Request, offer, booking
The request you send from our website is not a booking and does not bind you. Once we have checked availability, we email you an offer with the terms and the ways to pay, and we hold the dates for you until the deadline stated in the offer: usually 48 hours, less when arrival is close. The booking becomes final when we receive the deposit; we then send you a written confirmation. If the deposit does not arrive by the deadline, the hold lapses with no obligation on your side. This follows Greek Ministerial Decision 4109/2025 (Government Gazette B 1546/01.04.2025).
Deposit and payment
The amount of the deposit depends on the season and your dates and is set out in our offer. It can be paid by card through a secure link (Apple Pay and Google Pay included), by IRIS or by bank transfer to the account given in our offer. The balance is paid on arrival, by card or IRIS; in cash only within the limits set by law. We never ask for card details by email or phone, and we never change our bank details by email.
Payment methods: card through a payment link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, bank transfer.
Consumers are entitled to pay using instant payment services.
If you cancel
The cancellation terms depend on the season and your dates and are set out in our offer, before any payment. If you leave before your departure date, up to 50% of the unused nights may be owed, as Ministerial Decision 4109/2025 provides; we may choose not to ask for it. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation booked for specific dates (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16).
If we can’t host you
We never overbook. If, for a reason on our side, we cannot host you, we find you equivalent accommodation in the area and cover the transfer costs and any extra charge, as Ministerial Decision 4109/2025 requires.
Arrival and departure
Your suite is ready from 15:00. Check-in 15:00–21:00; later only if we arrange it beforehand. Check-out by 12:00; a later check-out on request, if availability allows. If the suite has not been vacated by 18:00, one more night is owed, as Ministerial Decision 4109/2025 provides.
On arrival
We will ask to see an ID for the guest register, as the law requires; we don’t keep copies. Minors travelling without a parent need a parent’s written consent.
Children and guests per suite
Children of all ages are welcome. Infants aged 0–2 stay free, in a cot on request. Children from 3 count towards each suite’s maximum: Úna up to 4, Duáo up to 5, Tréi 2, Pátru 2 adults and 2 children.
House rules
No pets. No smoking inside the suites. Quiet hours 23:00–08:00.
Climate resilience fee
Greek law sets a fee per suite per night, paid at the property before departure and not subject to VAT. It is not due on cancelled stays.
Receipts and invoices
We issue a receipt for every payment or, if you give us your company details with the request, an invoice.
